Executive Assistant / Operations Manager

We are a leading real estate team seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join us as our full-time Executive Assistant/Operations Manager working in our downtown Naperville office.

The Executive Assistant/Operations Manager will:

  • Build, implement, and improve multiple business processes
  • Enjoy completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication
  • Enjoy supporting the team to achieve greater levels of success
  • Design and order print marketing materials and review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar
  • Provide support to our agents, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and sending emails
  • Frequent, business-related errands
  • Create and manage social media marketing/posts
  • Order and prepare closing gifts for clients
  • Write and mail greeting cards to clients
  • Coordinate team and client appreciation events
  • Answer phone calls and manage leads and client database
